The Right Track Resource Center Warming Station season is coming up fast! We will be open November 15th through March 15th, and we are looking for caring, dependable volunteers to help us serve our community this winter.

We are seeking applicants for the Right Track Resource Center (RTRC) Manager position based in La Grande, Oregon. This position oversees daily operations, with a primary focus on coordinating the winter Warming Station program and managing volunteers.

We’re looking for people with lived experience of houselessness or housing insecurity, knowledge of social services, strong communication skills and ability to connect to others, and a passion for the work. This is a full-time position, annual salary $74,484.80 - $77,064, et by NEON’s standardized compensation scale.
