We are seeking applicants for the Right Track Resource Center (RTRC) Manager position based in La Grande, Oregon. This position oversees daily operations, with a primary focus on coordinating the winter Warming Station program and managing volunteers.

We’re looking for people with lived experience of houselessness or housing insecurity, knowledge of social services, strong communication skills and ability to connect to others, and a passion for the work. This is a full-time position, annual salary $74,484.80 - $77,064, et by NEON’s standardized compensation scale.

📢 Important RTRC Community Update
Today, we want to share some important news about the future of RTRC.

Eastern Oregon Health & Wellness (EOHW) has received funding to develop a local rehabilitation and detox facility. As part of that project, the building currently housing Right Track Resource Center will eventually transition to support those services.

RTRC will remain in our current location throughout the upcoming winter shelter season, but as we prepare for this transition, you may notice occasional daytime service closures or reduced daytime hours. We will share updates as schedules and plans develop.

We are working closely with EOHW and other community partners to ensure services continue with as little disruption as possible. Both organizations share the same goal: improving the health, safety, and well-being of our community.

While change can be challenging, we are excited about the future and remain committed to serving our neighbors and finding a sustainable home for RTRC's programs.
