🚧 NOTICE: Town Brush Pile Closed Until Further Notice 🚧

Due to continued unauthorized trash dumping at the Town Brush Pile, the site will be closed until further notice.

The Brush Pile is intended for brush and yard waste only. Improper disposal of household trash and other prohibited materials has made it necessary to temporarily close the area.

The Brush Pile will be accessed by appointment only, at the discretion of the Utility Department.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we work to keep this resource available for our community. Please watch for future updates regarding reopening. 🌿

Due to the expected hail & strong winds forecasted for this evening, we have made the decision to postpone our event scheduled for this evening from 5 to 8.

Chalk the Walk Update-

Due to the weather and the LACA block party being postponed, we will not have our voting today for Chalk the Walk.

We will reschedule voting and chalking to another date this summer. All chalk designs from yesterday had photos taken and will still be used when voting takes place!

Join us for Chalk the Walk today from 8:00 AM to Noon!
Bring your creativity and help brighten the sidewalks with your artwork. Photos will be taken of all entries, and participants will have the opportunity to be voted on by the community.
