We’re here for veterans and first responders.

At Fields of Freedom Project, those words mean something to us.

We’re building a place where those who have spent their lives serving others can step away from the noise, get outdoors, and surround themselves with people who understand the meaning of service.

Whether it’s a hunt, a fishing trip, time around the campfire, a retreat, or simply a conversation with someone who understands, our goal is to create opportunities for connection, camaraderie, purpose, and peace.

No titles. No ranks. No expectations. Just people coming together and looking out for one another.

TIME IS RUNNING OUT!

The deadline to apply for the 2026 Fields of Freedom Project hunting season is August 25th.

If you're a veteran or first responder who could genuinely benefit from an opportunity to get outdoors, reconnect, and spend time in the field with others who understand service, we encourage you to apply.

No hunting experience? That's okay. Whether you're an experienced hunter or hoping to experience your first hunt, we want to hear your story and why this opportunity would be meaningful to you.

The 2026 hunting season is approaching, and Fields of Freedom Project is accepting applications from veterans and first responders who want the opportunity to join us in the field this year.

Whether you’ve hunted your entire life, haven’t been out in years, or have never had the opportunity to experience a hunt, we want to hear from you.

Our hunts are about more than the harvest. They’re an opportunity to get away from the everyday stress, spend time in the Tennessee outdoors, connect with others who understand service, and experience the camaraderie that makes this program special.

Hunting opportunities are limited, so applicants will be asked to tell us about their service, their story, and why this opportunity would be meaningful to them.

2026 HUNT APPLICATIONS ARE NOW OPEN!

Fields of Freedom Project is now accepting applications from veterans and first responders who would like the opportunity to join us for a hunt during the upcoming season.

These hunts are about more than harvesting an animal. They’re about getting away from the everyday noise, spending time outdoors, building connections, sharing stories, and giving those who have served an opportunity to experience the peace and camaraderie that can be found in the field.

Hunting opportunities are limited, and we want to make sure they reach those who will genuinely benefit from them. Our application gives you the opportunity to tell us about yourself, your service, and why participating in a Fields of Freedom hunt would be meaningful to you.

Whether you’re an experienced hunter, haven’t hunted in years, or have never had the opportunity to hunt before, we encourage you to apply.

We want to extend our heartfelt thanks to Chapman Hill Winery for their incredible generosity and support of Fields of Freedom Project. We are truly honored to have been invited to be part of your 250th Anniversary Celebration.

Because of your partnership and the generosity of everyone who attended, we were able to raise funds that will directly support our operations as we prepare for another season of serving veterans and first responders. These funds will help us continue providing outdoor experiences, retreats, and opportunities for healing and connection to those who have sacrificed so much for our communities and our country.

Thank you to the Chapman Hill Winery team, everyone who purchased raffle tickets, and everyone who came out to support our mission. We are grateful for your belief in what we're building, and we look forward to continuing to make a difference together.

We're excited to announce that Fields of Freedom Project has been invited to be part of Chapman Hill Winery's 250th Anniversary Celebration on Friday, July 4!

Join us for an evening of live music, great BBQ, award-winning wine, craft beer, cider, raffles, and a celebration of our nation's 250th birthday while honoring our military, veterans, first responders, and all who serve.

Fields of Freedom will have a booth set up from 4:30 PM to 8:30 PM where you can meet our team, learn about our mission, and support the work we're doing for veterans and first responders across Tennessee. All proceeds raised through our fundraising efforts at the event will directly benefit the veterans and first responders we serve.

A huge thank you to Chapman Hill Winery for inviting us to be part of this incredible celebration and for supporting our mission.

Today, we celebrate 250 years of the United States of America.

For two and a half centuries, generations of brave men and women have answered the call to defend the freedoms we enjoy today. Their courage, sacrifice, and commitment have shaped this nation and remind us that freedom is never free.

As we gather with family and friends to celebrate Independence Day, let us also remember those who stood watch, those who came home forever changed, and those who gave everything for the country they loved.

At Fields of Freedom Project, we are proud to continue serving veterans and first responders by providing a place where healing, connection, and purpose can be found through the outdoors.

Happy Independence Day, and here's to 250 years of freedom, resilience, and the American spirit.

Thank you to everyone who came out and supported our Crawfish Boil Fundraiser. Because of this amazing community, we were able to raise funds that will go directly toward supporting veterans and first responders through outdoor therapy, retreats, hunting opportunities, and healing programs here at Fields of Freedom.

From the volunteers and sponsors to every person who showed up hungry and ready to support the mission, we truly appreciate you. Events like this remind us how strong this community really is and how much can be accomplished when people come together for a purpose bigger than themselves.

We’re grateful for every one of you. This is only the beginning.
