Good evening neighbors! The Middle Lake dam will be closed off beginning December 16th to complete the necessary/state mandated repairs. The approximate time frame for the closure is one week. Thank you for your patience and understanding

Need firewood?
Neighbors,
Ground preparation has begun at the new office building site by gate 3. Several trees have been cut down and cut into standard firewood length. We still have 19 more trees to drop.
This firewood is free for those who want it.

IMPORTANT: There are also some trees cut into longer lengths with orange paint on them. THESE ARE NOT AVAILABLE.

Selling these logs has helped offset the cost of clearing the lot for the building. Thank you! Please be safe!

The board would like to inform the community that we have received the permit for the large dam work. Additionally, we are accepting bids for the riprap maintenance on the small and medium dams. If things progress, as we hope they will, each damn will be shut down for a duration of one week. There will be no crossing allowed during that time. We do anticipate that there will be a time where there will be more than one damn shut down. We will give everyone at least two weeks’ notice prior to the shutdown. As with any type of construction, weather may be a factor and will adapt if it is. We are excited about getting these projects underway and look forward to their completion.
