Wergeland lodge of La Crosse, Wisconsin, belongs to the fifth district of Sons of Norway (SON). We meet at 6:00 pm on the first Thursday of the month at the Radisson Center (2nd & Jay) in La Crosse. SON (sofn.com) is an organization dedicated to providing opportunities for members to reconnect with the culture and traditions of Norway through local lodges and district lodge activities and events.

We meet tonight at the Harry J. Olson Senior Citizens Center at 6:00. Potluck!! We will have hot dogs, so please bring a salad or dessert. The program is Amy Boxrud from the Norwegian-American Historical Assoc in Northfield, MN.

Alert: There is road construction on Onalaska Street by the Harry J. Olson Center. You may enter Onalaska Street from the south (such as from Gillette St), but need to take Credit Union Drive (at the corner of Onalaska Street and Rublee Street). Credit Union Drive will take you toward the Harry J. Olson, but you will need to take the alley for the last block. You are able to access the parking lot as usual.

Remember, we are not meeting in July. Our next meeting is August 7, 2025 at 6:00 at the Harry J Olson senior center. We will have our "picnic!" Bring a salad or dessert - hot dogs will be provided.
