Brothers and sisters,
It was a good first week of Negotiation Prep. Your negotiating committee reviewed the surveys again, past grievances, and language. We have drafted several good proposals and are working on fine tuning more. We still have one more week to continue to draft more good proposals.
The text blast went out to all members who signed up for it. If you want to be added to the list, sign a new card with your steward.
Be sure to show your pride and solidarity by wearing your IAM shirt each and every Friday until these negotiations are concluded. We have October 12th, scheduled as a tentative date to begin negotiations. It is more important now than ever that you show your solidarity.

TAA Application is still pending. As you can see, this process takes some time for the government to complete.

Anyone who is currently laid off from Chart, if you are HVAC certified, there is an opening up at Fort McCoy for Choctaw. They are not in the pension, but they are still IAMAW. It is posted on Indeed.
