This year, we had the honor of presenting the Paula Tower Award to Sister Mary Ann Gschwind. The award recognizes someone in the Coulee Region who dedicates time and energy to advance the message of breast cancer awareness, prevention, and education.

What makes Sr. Mary Ann especially deserving of this recognition is the way she leads with both heart and action. She does not seek attention or praise. Instead, she gives generously because she believes in caring for others and strengthening the community around her. That kind of quiet, faithful service is exactly what Paula Tower’s legacy represents.
