Job posting - there is an amazing new position as part of the Goodman Group team. For anyone in Recreation or childhood education who is looking to help develop intergenerational programs for our senior living communities. Must live in or relocate to Minneapolis (no relocation assistance provided)

The Goodman Group is seeking a Director of Intergenerational Programs to provide community outreach, design & implement intergenerational programs within their managed communities.

This position is full-time, offering a hybrid work environment of a home office, and The Goodman Group corporate office located in Chaska, MN.
This role requires the flexibility to travel up to 30%, offering support to our communities in various locations throughout the United States.
Wage: $70,000-$80,000 annual salary, based on experience
Shift: Day Shift, Monday-Friday
Term: Full-time
