North Woods TEAM North Woods International’s Caregiver Group (PTO) Welcome to all of the new and returning families of North Woods International Elementary School.

The North Woods Parent Association is a parent volunteer organization that supports the school by providing financial assistance through fundraising for programs, equipment and supplies not available through school funds. We are planning another exciting year of activities to include the return of the popular Family Fun Night, and we encourage you to support North Woods through the Parent Association by attending meetings and becoming involved. New ideas and suggestions are always welcome!

It was a sweet day to kick off Teacher Appreciation Week! Staff were welcomed by notes on the sidewalk, and later got to create their own bouquets courtesy of CJ’S Flower Shop! Olyviah is a North Woods parent and a local small business owner and it was extra special to have her come today to help brighten up the staff's day!

North Woods community and school is founded on appreciation and care for all cultures & community members. We recognize that current events across the nation and in the La Crosse area are impacting our communities. One of the core IB values is Caring: Show empathy, compassion, and respect for others. Another is Balanced: Understand the importance of intellectual, physical, and emotional well-being. To be an embodiment of both those values we are sharing the following from the Hmong Cultural & Community Center as they work to support the community
