After more than two decades of supporting entrepreneurs and strengthening local economies, Couleecap is transferring our Business Development Program to CAP Services, Inc.

We are deeply proud of the countless small businesses and innovators who have come through this program over the years. Their ideas, resilience, and dedication have helped shape vibrant communities across our region.
As the program transitions to CAP Services, we’re confident it will continue to grow and serve entrepreneurs with the same commitment to opportunity and empowerment.
