Men of Leading with Power,

After deep discussion and prayer amongst our leadership team, we’ve made the difficult decision to bring the La Crosse chapter of Leading With Power to a close after 10 incredible seasons.

This journey has been marked by deep friendships, powerful testimonies, and a shared pursuit of becoming better men, leaders, husbands, and fathers. What started as a simple desire to encourage one another has grown into something that impacted thousands of lives throughout the Coulee Region.

We’re incredibly grateful to every man who showed up to support our mission. Thank you to our speakers, volunteers, sponsors, and everyone else who made each event possible.

While this chapter is ending, the mission and message of Leading With Power will continue to live on throughout your daily interactions with other men. We believe seeds were planted here that will bear fruit for years to come.

We want to invite you to one last event on September 10, 2025 to celebrate Leading with Power.

We are excited to kick off 2025 with Doug Fearing - a devoted husband, proud father of two lovely daughters, grandfather, great grandfather, entrepreneur, community leader, church leader, youth mentor and board member of two non-profit organizations, one of which he helped found. He is, also, a past State President of the Wisconsin Jaycees, better known today as Junior Chamber International (JCI). Over the years he has gained a profound appreciation for both the exhilaration of success and the heartbreak of setbacks.
