Democracy At Work- Los Angeles Valley Cooperative Coalition advocates for democracy and democratizing enterprises with worker owned cooperatives.

Democracy At Work- Pasadena is a part of a global network called Democracy At Work that is headquartered in Manhattan- New York City. Democracy At Work advocates for worker cooperatives and Workers Self Directed Enterprises (WSDEs) as a key part of moving forward from the current model of capitalism to a new and better economy. Democracy at Work (d@w) is modeled after the book "Democracy at Work:

A Cure for Capitalism", by Richard D. Wolff, a lifelong professor of economics and critic of contemporary capitalism.
