If there is someone who stands out to you as a community servant and resided within the La Crescent-Hokah school district, please consider nominating them. The Applefest board, along with Queen Quinn Jorgenson, had a great time serving lunch to the volunteers for the La Crescent Neighbors Day event.

🍎Ever thought about joining the Applefest Board of Directors? There’s no better time than now! 🍎

Applefest is more than just our annual fall festival - it’s a year round commitment to celebrating our community and having a whole lot of fun along the way. As a board member, you’ll get the chance to be involved in so much more than planning Applefest weekend, including:

🍏 Attending monthly meetings to help plan, share ideas, and keep fest moving forward
🍏 Chaperoning our royalty to local events
🍏 Participating in neighboring festival parades
🍏 Taking part in and supporting community events throughout the year
🍏 Building friendships, making memories, and having plenty of fun in between

We are currently looking to welcome new board members as we head into the next season, and we’d love to have fresh faces and new ideas join our team. If you’re passionate about community, teamwork, and keeping Applefest traditions strong, this could be the perfect fit for you!
