Palpitating Panthers is a competitive and performance non-profit jump rope team in Los Angeles, CA. The team began in 1990 under founding coach, Janis Fuhrman. Highly trained in double dutch, individual rope, Chinese wheel, and other forms of jump rope, the team has traveled across the United States for performances, competitions and camps. The Panthers perform and teach for numerous schools and events and compete at regional and national level at AAU Junior Olympic Games and at USAJR Nationals. Our team emphasizes athleticism, sportsmanship, and healthy lifestyles through the growing sport of jump rope.
