Small Acts Big Change Our mission is to create a better world through volunteerism. Our child volunteers quickly learn that even the smallest acts of kindness make a big difference.

We make giving back easy, meaningful, and FUN for everyone through hands-on service, purposeful shopping, and uplifting community experiences! At Small Acts Big Change, we empower children to change the world through small acts of kindness and service. Through service, they gain self-esteem and confidence, and they learn leadership skills that will serve them for life. Our core causes include camp

I don’t usually share much about myself personally because this work has never been about me. But I wanted to share this interview because, for the first time in my career, I felt like someone fully, completely captured what I’ve been trying to build and accomplish all these years. I hesitated to post this because being the focus has never felt comfortable to me. At the same time, I hope the message behind it matters.

I’m grateful to VoyageLA for taking the time to understand the heart behind the work. I'm sharing here not because it’s about me, but because I hope the ideas, values, and mission behind it resonate with others too. Thank you.

🐝💛 One Simple Way to Help Pollinators Today

Did you know that bees, butterflies, and other pollinators often struggle to find water, especially during hot weather?

You can help by creating a simple pollinator watering station! 🌼

Just place a shallow dish or saucer outside, add a few rocks, pebbles, or marbles for landing spots, and keep it filled with fresh water. The rocks give pollinators a safe place to rest while they drink.

This tiny act can make a big difference for the hardworking pollinators who help grow our flowers, fruits, and vegetables.
