Birchwood Parkway Community Inc BPC will also attract investments to the area that are compatible to current uses.

The legal expenses of creating a Florida Not-for-profit corporation that will do research and keep residents and property owners informed of governmental and/or commercial proposals that could affect the BPC area through use of news media and a BPC website. Will establish a scholarship fund to encourage people in the area to continue their education
Will provide an open forum for discussion
As a Florida not-for-profit corporation BPC may be eligible for grants to help improve community resources
