On Janruary 30, 2026 TSgt Charles C. Palmer Jr’s remains were identified.

Charles was awarded the WWII Victory Medal, Purple Heart, American Campaign

Medal, Army Presidential Unit Citation, Army Good Conduct Medal, and the

European- African- Middle Eastern Campaign Medal. This is a 4 Stage mission

large flag bikes are encouraged to attend. There will be a military fly-over

at 11:55 AM at Sarasota National Cemetery during the internment service.

Please bring your 3x5 American Flags and stand in silent respect for our

Hero and his family.

We will stand a flag line for visitation on 6-6-2026 at the funeral home.

Good morning:

I would like to thanks Labelle High School for allowing my American Legion Riders Chapter 130 to present 4 seniors with scholarships. We as a chapter strive to not hand out one scholarship like our chapter in the past, but hand out 4. Maybe next year we as a chapter can hand out 5 or more.

Thanks to the community and other American Legion Riders Chapters for helping us achieve our goals.
