The 11th Annual LaBelle Friends of NRA is in the books. It was a huge success and now that we are somewhat rested and recovered, we are excited to announce the date of the 12th Annual LaBelle Friends of NRA. The LaBelle Friends of NRA event will take place on July 24, 2026. Make sure you put it in your calendar, so you don't forget.

Maybe I'm selfish but after I tasted this heavenly cashew candy made by Allen Pickles, I didn't want to make this post. This is not one pound, not two pounds, not three pounds but a whole five pounds of heavenly bliss. Seriously, your taste buds will think you died and went to heaven. Since this is a donation, I'm obligated to post it and let you know it will be available on Friday night on our Silent Auction to the highest bidder. But beware, this will not go cheap nor without a fight. It's only available if you attend the LaBelle Friends of NRA fundraiser, July 25th. Hope to see you there.

Another one of our long-time supporters, Bobby Holland (Bobby Holland Photography) has once again made a beautiful contribution to our event. This photo picture is titled, “Florida Turkey Strut.” It approximately 16” x 24” on metal. It will be available at the Greater Friends of NRA fundraiser coming up on July 25th. Our July 25th LaBelle Friends of NRA event is only a week away! We auction off 11 ammo boxes in the course of the live auction at the LaBelle Friends of NRA dinner event. A twelfth ammo box is raffled off before the auction commences. Everyone opens their ammo box at the same time at the end of the auction. Four ammo boxes have receipts for nice guns in them. Eight ammo boxes have bucket raffle tickets in varying amounts. Even if you don’t win one of the four guns in the ammo boxes, you can still win a nice gun in the bucket raffles. Will you be one of the lucky winners? We appreciate all of our ammo box sponsors. Here is a shout out to Three Z Enterprises, Inc. If you don’t know, we support our community and many local events. The whole family gets involved and I’m grateful for all their help. There’s a lot of preparation that goes into a successful Friends of NRA event. There’s a lot of logistics even after the event. Sure, there are a lot of nice prizes (mostly fi****ms) at the event, but ultimately, we do it for future generations, so our kids and grandkids (I have six now) can enjoy the freedoms we enjoy.
