Strong communities are built by skilled people.

Lakota Funds supports opportunities that help individuals gain valuable skills through construction trade training and appraiser certification programs.

These pathways can lead to meaningful careers while helping meet housing and development needs across Native communities.

Today, we honor the courage, service, and legacy of the Navajo Code Talkers. 🇺🇸

Their use of the Navajo language played a vital role during World War II, helping protect military communications and contributing to important victories.

Their dedication, resilience, and commitment continue to inspire generations.

On Navajo Code Talkers Day, we proudly recognize the lasting impact of these Indigenous heroes and all Native veterans who have served our nation.

We remember their contributions and celebrate their legacy.
