In 2014 The Kyle Lions club, Blake Hartman, transferred the Fajita fiesta & barbeque cook event The fajita fiesta and barbeque cook off to Sylvia Gallo, in order to keep it active.Sylvia was asked to coordinating the Fajita Fiesta by the Buda Chamber of commerce; joined by the City of Buda. They embraced this opportunity to bring this cultural event to there community. Hays Fiesta events was creat

ed by the Founder and President Sylvia Gallo. Stay tuned as many more fiestas are to come and unite our communities while celebrating Hispanic Heritage! We are a cultural community event providing history, heritage, and traditions. Hays Fiesta serves the Hispanic and Latino communities by preserving and promoting our heritage through a fiesta. These events will allow us to continue to increase positive family and unite community involvement.
