The booster club contributes support and cooperation to the Kosciusko Big Red Band program by providing financial support to the band program to enhance its activities.

All Chocolate Money Needs to be sent in this week. I have to get account balance updated so that we can make sure all students who are interested in ordering a Letterman Jacket ( coming up soon ) are eligible.

BAND FEES and FUNDRAISING Money Due have to be paid in full in order to be eligible to purchase.

Please make sure your student’s account balance is taken care of asap. We need this money to help with all of the end of year events and expenses for next year’s marching season items!

Band Banquet information:

Date & Location still to be determined

Last year we had too much food leftover. I would like to do things a little different so that we can have a better understanding of who will be participating so we can save money on the overall cost of the banquet.

Banquet Attendance Sign Up
-Later on this month, a sign up sheet will be available. Please only sign up if you plan to attend the banquet. This information will be used to estimate how much food will be ordered.

Banquet Food Cost:
- A donation of $8 to $10 per student would be greatly appreciated to cover this expense.

Door Prizes:
- If we would like to offer them this year we need items to be donated. Please contact me if you have item or items you would like to donate for door prize.

Senior Parents:
- One Senior Picture may be needed for slideshow if we are able to get one done this year.
- If you would like to attend banquet please let me know as soon as possible.

Cut Time has been updated with Chocolate Fundraiser Credits. Balance shown on band fee accounts need to be paid as soon as possible! If you need to know students balance or assistance getting into Cut Time please feel free to reach out to me by text 6627926689!
I sent a message through Cut Time today with several important details.

If you still owe chocolate money, please send today or tomorrow morning. I plan to try to pick up the money collected tomorrow so I can work on getting everything processed. Once I have it processed, I will tally the credit and apply it in Cut Time. I hope to have all accounts updated by March 1 so everyone will know the balance owed for this school year! If you have questions or concerns, please feel free to ask.
The next Band Booster Meeting will be on March 2 unless something changes. We will discuss end of the year banquet at this meeting.

Good morning

Please send money for chocolate if you have not and had them since Christmas break by next Friday Feb 6 if possible.

Ways to help me out for processing money:

- If you are able to send dollars instead of all the coins it would be greatly appreciated. If you can’t, then send the coins. It took me several hours over the weekend to process the envelopes we have in.

- Please seal the envelopes so money is not falling out of it.

We only have about halfway of the cost of the chocolate turned in so far and I really need to send the company another check to cover the cost before interest is added to the invoice.

We still have chocolate that needs to be sold. The more you sell the more credit you can earn toward band fees.

If you’re not selling chocolate and owe band fees we need payments in full as soon as possible.

My plan is to update Cut Time in a week or two on chocolate sells. It would make it easier to apply credit one time instead of multiple of times.

The band has several cases of chocolate bars left for sale $ 60 varieties of caramel,milk chocolate, dark chocolate, almond, crisp, and wafer.

A few cases of chocolate covered almonds left $ 60 for 20 boxes

Money for chocolate needs to be turned in asap because we have to get the Invoice paid off so we are not paying late fees or that will go against our profits. Fundraiser goal is to earn profits to help band program and student fee assistance on earning credit when they sell more than one case.

No limit on how many cases you can sell however you are responsible for the $ 60 even if you do not sell all of the items inside.

Outstanding band fees need payments if you are not selling chocolate to help on fees.

Seniors you MUST Have account balance paid in full or it may cause issues before end of year events and graduation. Please get with me on balance or Mr Yates asap.
