This week we were informed about all the activities of Life Help part of the Region 6 Mental Health Center by Andreaietta Edmonds, MSW,CMHT. She is the Intensive Services Program Manager and was the guest of Lion Taylor Casey.

June 30th also was King Lion Justin Develin’s birthday AND his last day to serve as our President! Thanks to Lion Develin for his leadership!

This week we were glad to have Rosie Gibson from the Addie McBride Center in Jackson. Ms. Gibson has spoken to the Club several times and is retiring this year after many years of service to those suffering from vision problems. Congratulations to her on her retirement.

Glad to have Dr. Danya Turner as a guest of Lion Ronnie Ables today. He talked to the club about his past and how it groomed him to get to where he is today.

Dr. Turner is committed to serving our school district and our community. He believes that a strong community leads to a strong school district. He hopes his passion for his job will be infectious and lead other administrators, educators, students, parents and community members to become passionate about our school district.
