Finished up the last of the snow cone sales at Kosciusko Upper Elementary today and I wanted to thank all of my fellow Exchangites for making this a success!!!........Also want to thank the school officials, teachers, parents and students for making this happen....The money that we made will be used to award scholarship funds to area High School Seniors.....We could not do this without the support of our community......We can do more but we need more members.......Our National Program Of Service is the prevention of child abuse....I think we all saw an example of that this week in the media......If you are interested in learning more about Exchange, we meet every Wednesday at Noon at Rib Alley.....We will pay for your lunch and we need your help and support

The Exchange Train will leave the Kosciusko Station tommorrow as we start our tour of snowcone sales at the area elementary schools. Officially they are fund raisers but we prefer to call them "fun raisers"........The money that we make will be used to award scholarship money to the Youth of the Year and ACE Award winners at the end of the school year. So, the next 4 Fridays will be a lot of fun and hopefully we will be successful and able to give out some nice awards!!!!!!!

Looking forward to our weekly meeting tommorrow........We sent out over 30 invitations to join us for lunch so that we can try to recruit new members. I sure hope we have a lot of guests as our members will give testimonials as to why we joined Exchange and what it means to us. Hopefully, we will gain some new members to help grow our club!!!!!!!!

Just a reminder to get out and vote tommorrow, Tuesday, March 13th.........We have folks fighting a war so that other countries have the right to vote and all we have to do is drive across town to vote!!!!!........If you don't vote, you have no reason to complain

We had a great meeting this week as we did something different.....We took a field trip to Montfort Jones Hosipital in Kosciusko to see the renovations/additions that are in progress......Had a great meal from the cafeteria, power point presentation in the conference room by the Director of the hospital, then the grand tour to see what has been completed and what is in progress. We are going to have a top notch medical facility to serve our community and surrounding areas in Central Mississippi.....Thanks to our members for "Exchanging" ideas and thinking outside of the box...It was a fun meeting!!!! Oh, our magazine drive is still in progress so if you have any mags or books that you don't need anymore, we will take them off your hands...these items will be distributed to the area nursing homes and Veteran's Home at the end of the month...Drop off points are both branches of Citizen's National Bank and the State Farm Insurance Office on Hwy 12......We need your help to make these donations and they do make a difference!!!
