It was so beautiful witnessing God work last Youth Group..
In the way the younger kiddos were so engaged..
And how the young preteen/teens were responding to the message!! 🔥

There was one young lady who initially came as an invited guest of her friend.. whom I hadn’t seen in a little while. She had come back, but out of her own desire. I thought the whole time she had rode with her friend, and she said, no my mom brought me. 😭❤️‍🔥📖 these precious hearts yearning for His Truth, His Way, His Life!!! 👑

The Lord had nudged me to create space for them to recall what they’ve been learning. So I left blank spaces on the board for them to fill out their responses… I had been gently asking the young lady whom returned back certain things to get her to feel included and so she could respond also.. but she was hesitant at first and gently shaking her head.. I respected that, and felt the Lords Presence moving…. I tell you, moments go by and we go deeper into guarding our hearts and minds with the Spiritual Armor, and you couldn’t keep her from raising her hand to speak 😭😭👑😭😭 I felt it!!! I felt that she felt His Presence over her!!!! She had felt so confidently speaking up and out over her circumstances!!!! 🗣️

These beautiful souls, and beautiful hearts, are what the Lord placed to help us Youth Leaders to keep pushing forward for this generation!!!! 🫂🧎🏻‍♀️⚔️

Whether it be for Youth Group, or church service, or a church group, church gathering, church event, family get together, friends hang out, outing for lunch/dinner, maybe even coffee… I’m speaking from experience and from witness stance… all it takes it ONE INVITATION. ONE INVITATION for someone to be impacted by the Love of Christ!!! ❤️🩸❤️

We celebrate Terria’s life today, mourning with rejoicing, knowing she is in our Fathers arms!
Terria is and will forever be missed dearly!
She was an inspiration to this ministry and so many others whose lives she impacted!
Her selflessness, dedication to the Lord, and relentless service to this community will forever be remembered!🫶🏽

In loving memory of our BELOVED SISTER, Terria Lynn Cottingham. There aren’t enough words to share during a time like this.. as we don’t ever know what the day may bring.. we cherish the ones we’ve had together.

Terria was such a woman of strong faith, dedication and commitment to our Lord and Savior, and walked her life as such. She poured and poured and poured even while battling the hardest moments of her life…

We each have had such a special relationship with our Sweet Sister and her spirit lives on in this powerful God driven ministry..
