Our incredible 5th graders are leaving behind something truly beautiful! As their parting gift to Maple Crest STEM Elementary, the class rolled up their sleeves and planted a gorgeous Zinnia Garden.

These bright, resilient flowers represent the incredible growth, creativity, and vibrant energy this class has brought to our halls. We absolutely cannot wait to watch them bloom all summer long—a colorful reminder of the roots they’ve planted here.

To our amazing 5th graders: thank you for leaving Maple Crest a little brighter than you found it. As you move on to your next big adventure, we will always be cheering on these special Maple Kats! 🐾✨

Our 3rd graders had a fantastic, hands-on day in the Maple Crest Vegetable Garden! They teamed up to plant our new tomato crops, putting some excellent teamwork on display.

Before getting their hands dirty, the students learned all about the different parts of a tomato plant and mastered the proper techniques for planting them deep so they grow up strong and healthy. 🌿💪

We are so proud of their hard work and can't wait for the harvest next school year!

Our 4th graders were growing together, one bucket at a time! They were hard at work today, teaming up to plant strawberry buckets to add to our growing Fruit Forest! It was wonderful to see them collaborating, getting their hands dirty, and learning about sustainable gardening.

We can’t wait to watch these sweet treats grow and see them when we next school year! A huge thank you to everyone who helps nurture our outdoor learning spaces. 🌿☀️

Our amazing first graders have been hard at work turning leftover breakfast items into nutrient-rich soil for our school garden! Today, they took their sustainability skills to the next level by introducing some very special compost helpers: WORMS! We love seeing our littlest learners take such big steps to care for our plants. Check out our new wriggly friends in action!
