Threadz for Kidz

10/12/2026

Threadz is committed to meeting needs and sharing the Love of Christ to anyone that walks through our doors.
We received an urgent request to help out a kiddo that left an unsafe situation with absolutely nothing.
This kiddo walked into our shop timid and unsure about shopping but left smiling, with overflowing shopping bags and we were able to join hands in prayer! 🥰

🙏🙏🙏Prayer request - for loved ones and a safe future

A sibling set shopped at Threadz recently picking out essentials, winter coats, shoes, blankets, halloween costumes and more 💕💕
Because of all the generous donations we receive we were able to go above and beyond and give a little extra to this family, adding smiles to many faces. It was a good day to bless and be blessed!! 🫶
🙏 Praying for a great school year for both girls

September is National Kinship Care Month, a time to honor grandparents, relatives, and close family friends who step in to raise children when their parents are unable to do so.
Threadz had the honor of putting together gift baskets for DCS to pass out to Howard County kinship families to let the families know just how much they are appreciated 🫶

Our shop has a lot of inventory (new and gently used) that we would love to give out to kiddos before we switch over to our winter donations. Please share the word with any foster or kinship families that could benefit. We have all child and older youth sizes! Thank you!!

Two young boys, recently entering the foster care system, were provided with new school clothes to help them start the school year with confidence, dignity, and a sense of belonging. During a time of significant change and uncertainty, this support offered them not only essential clothing, but also the reassurance that their community cares and is invested in their well-being.

🙏🙏🙏 Prayer was offered for a good school year and good school lunches!! 📚🚌🍽️
