Talandeera’s House - May 19th, 2026

WASH and .volunteers 2026 Ambassadors had the opportunity to stop and visit Talandeera and her family and present them with clothing and chickens.

Last year the 2025 WASH Ambassadors met an amazing little girl and her family while visiting the Kayeramadzi School Borehole.

The family had lost their house a few years prior due to the 2023 cyclone and were in grave need of a home. Talandeera had also recently gone through a horrible accident and injured.

When the WASH ambassadors got to meet Talandeera they saw that this little girl had the brightest smile and such happiness for life. She was a true inspiration!

With the support and love of many WASH 2025 Ambassadors who came together, they helped fund a home to be built for Talandeera and her family as well as helped her receive much needed medical help.

“God’s Answered Prayer” was completed in February 2026

Here are some moments they have been able to send to share with you:

- Wash Ambassadors meeting after the arrive

- Long days of traveling the Malawi 🇲🇼 roads

- Visiting the Agape Orphanage Foundation

- Visiting Kachiswe (Salesforce Roof), Machinni (), Mulamba and Namiyala School Boreholes

- Zomba Prison School to donate Simon’s Backpack items

- A Thank You of donation to the Mateketa School Teachers Building in memory of Sadie Buerger
