Our mission is to honor God, lead with integrity, serve others, and experience outdoor adventure. Calling all Trailmen! Kodak Community Baptist Church announces the formation of the first Trail Life USA Troop in Sevier County. and we invite you to come and be a part of the adventure! Trail Life USA is the new national Scout-like Christian adventure, character, and leadership program for young men.

” While being Christian-based, Trail Life will allow those of all faiths to join. The new Troop is one of over 600 that have started in 44 states since Trail Life’s rollout January 1st of this year.

“Our vision is to be the premier national character development organization for young men which produces godly and responsible husbands, fathers and citizens,” Trail Life USA says on its website (www.traillifeusa.com). Our motto, taken from Colossian 1:10: “That you may walk worthy of the Lord, fully pleasing Him, being fruitful in every good work and increasing in the knowledge of God.”

“While the program is undergirded by biblical values and unapologetically reflects a Christian worldview, there is also a clearly defined inclusion policy for youth.. Accordingly, all boys are welcome irrespective of religion, race, national origin or socio-economic status. Our goal is for parents and families of every faith to be able to place their boys in a youth program that endeavors to provide moral consistency and ethical integrity in its adult leaders.”
