All of the donations from Punching for Parkinson’s stay in the Knoxville area to improve the quality of life for local people fighting Parkinson’s disease. The funds help support local exercise programs, transportation, in-home care, home modifications, medical equipment, exercise equipment, physical therapy, and ANYTHING that will help get our neighbors with Parkinson's up and moving again. All of the money stays LOCAL, to help LOCAL people fight Parkinson's disease.

You have never seen a fight like like this before! Punching for Parkinson’s is a “punch-a-thon.” Boxers (or teams) register to throw the punches. Then they recruit donors to pledge money for every punch they land. Donors can also make a flat donation. All the money goes to improve the quality of life of local people fighting Parkinson's disease.
