The Annual Memorial Fireworks Show The purpose of the Matthew Philip Wood Memorial Foundation is to assist various
organizations throughout Tioga County, PA.

The foundation has assisted local emergency medical services, youth baseball and softball programs, and youth summer camps. The Annual Memorial Fireworks Show is a event that was created to remember our friend Matt Wood and to celebrate our nations Independence Day. The Annual Memorial Fireworks Show is held at 6551 Route 49 Knoxville, PA 16928 on July 4th every year. The events start at 6pm, plen

ty of food and beverages are available, bonfire, games, and the fireworks will start around 10pm. This is a family and community friendly event and all ages are welcomed. However, we do ask that once the fireworks have been completed only ages 21 and over remain at the event. We hope to see you all at The Annual Memorial Fireworks Show!!!!

With heavy hearts, we’re announcing that this year’s Annual Memorial Fireworks Show has been canceled. Rising costs have made it impossible to deliver the quality fireworks show that our community has come to know and love.
Over the past 14 years, your incredible support helped us raise over $50,000 for the Matt Wood Memorial Scholarship and Foundation.
To every volunteer, sponsor, donor, and supporter, we say thank you from the bottom of our hearts. This event would not have been possible without your time, energy, and generosity.
