Guided by AYSO's Six Philosophies, we ensure everyone plays and grows in skills, sportsmanship and fun. Who We Are:
AYSO Region 128 is part of the American Youth Soccer Organization, offering fun, inclusive, and community-driven soccer programs for kids ages 4–18 in Hardin Valley and greater Knoxville. We follow AYSO’s national mission to deliver a safe, positive, and family-oriented environment where kids can grow as players and as people. Our Core Philosophies:
We believe soccer is more than just a game. Everything we do is guided by AYSO’s Six Philosophies:
⚽ Everyone Plays® - Every child gets meaningful playing time, every game.
⚖️ Balanced Teams - Teams are formed to keep games fair and fun.
📝 Open Registration - No tryouts. All children are welcome.
🌟 Positive Coaching - Encouragement over pressure; development over winning.
🤝 Good Sportsmanship - Respect for teammates, opponents, and officials.
🚀 Player Development - Focus on skills, confidence, and growth at every level. For Parents:
Our program is 100% volunteer-run, built on community involvement and support. We encourage parents to get involved as coaches, referees, or team helpers — no prior soccer experience required. Your support on the sidelines, in meetings, and through volunteering makes the difference. For Players:
Whether your child is new to soccer or looking to sharpen their skills, Region 128 is a place to learn, compete, and have fun. We emphasize teamwork, sportsmanship, and a love for the game. Next Steps:
