Champion Force Champion Force Athletics is a youth-oriented company that strives to offer the highest quality programs at a cost that most families can afford. Mrs.

Champion Force Athletics is committed to the instruction and training of cheerleading, karate and other sports for the youth of America. In the 1950’s – Bonnie Hood had a dream to offer quality and accessible youth programs for young Americans. Unaware at the time, when Mrs. Hood began teaching baton classes to school age boys and girls, she started a family tradition. As she continued to teach, her quality instruction produced outstanding students and soon gained interest from other children, including her own children. Hood’s class enrollment grew rapidly and sculpted the foundation of our organization. Currently, Mrs. Hood’s children are carrying her tradition throughout the United States. Champion Force Athletics is engaged in offering the highest quality youth programs in America. Our unique operations and teaching methods have established the organization as one of America’s leaders in youth-oriented instruction. As we expand our programs and geographic footprint, we will continue to deliver the highest quality instruction possible. Champion Force Athletics’ programs also offer competition and performance opportunities at regional, state, national and in some sports international levels, all intended to forge experienced competitors and create lifetime memories. Champion Force Athletics’ quality is a direct reflection of our instructors; who are selected not only for their outstanding background qualifications and experience, but for many other strengths as well. Prior success in working with and inspiring children is very important. All instructors are fingerprinted and screened using extensive background and reference checks. All instructors are certified in Champion Force Athletics’ safety procedures, rules and regulations, teaching techniques and curriculum. Champion Force Athletics strives to continually improve the quality of our instructors by developing and refining innovative teaching concepts and learning methods. We actively participate in our communities nationwide, based on our commitment to enriching the lives of the children we teach. We make a difference!

The best goals aren’t always the ones everyone else can see. 💜

Sometimes it IS finally hitting that skill they’ve been working on for weeks. 🙌
But sometimes it’s walking into practice with a little more confidence. Making a new friend. Being brave enough to try something that scared them. Becoming a better teammate. Finding their voice. Or realizing they’re capable of more than they thought.

And THAT is what makes watching these kids grow so special. 🥹

We get to celebrate the big moments… the new skills, the routines, the accomplishments… but we also get a front-row seat to all those little moments that are shaping who they’re becoming.

Set the goal. Chase it. And celebrate every bit of growth that happens along the way.

CFA families, what’s something your athlete is working toward this season… on the mat OR off? We’d love to cheer them on. 👏🏽

It’s OUR turn to show these kids what we’ve got! 👀🔥

Used to cheer? Okayyy, let’s see if you still got it.
Never cheered before? Well… now’s your chance!

🎀 Have your athlete teach you one of their favorite parts of their routine.
🎥 Get the camera rolling.
😂 Then show us what you’ve got!

Motions, jumps, counts… whatever they think you can handle. 👀

Our athletes get to show us their skills all season long… now it’s YOUR turn.

Former cheer parents, we know you’ve been waiting for this moment. And if you’ve never cheered a day in your life? Even better.

Don’t let these kids show you up! 😎👏💜

THIS JUST IN… 👀✨

You’ve been waiting, and we’ve been working behind the scenes on something NEW, SPARKLY & EXCITING coming to the CFA Merch Store VERY soon! 💜

We couldn’t keep it a secret any longer, so here’s a little sneak peek… 👀

Think you know what’s coming? Drop your guesses in the comments below! 😉✨

💜✨ YOUR SUPPORT = THEIR FUTURE ✨💜

When you participate in our CFA Sweepstakes… you’re doing so much more than fundraising. You are investing in the dreams of our SENIOR athletes. 🎓🏆

Every single donation given.
Every single share.
It all helps fund our Senior Scholarship Foundation — and that impact is REAL.

💰 To date, our scholarship foundation has awarded an incredible $750,000 to graduating seniors.

💜 Just LAST YEAR alone, we awarded $200,000 in scholarships to deserving athletes.

That is tuition paid.
Books covered.
Dorm rooms furnished.
Dreams launched.

This isn’t just cheer.
This is legacy.
This is opportunity.
This is changing lives beyond the mat.

Because of YOU — our customers, families, and supporters — our seniors are stepping into their futures with confidence, leadership skills, and financial support that truly makes a difference.

We are beyond proud of our past scholarship recipients. Watching them walk across that graduation stage knowing their cheer family helped support their next chapter? There is nothing like it. 🥹💜

And we are SO excited to award even more seniors this year. 🎓✨
Your support matters.
Your participation matters.
YOU matter.
Let’s continue building champions — on the mat AND in life.

💜🏆

08/31/2026

As we step into Week 3 of our Fall 2026 season, we wanted to start the week with a reminder of just how powerful a coach’s impact can be. 💜

Before they were coaches, they were kids too. Kids who needed someone to believe in them. Someone to encourage them, challenge them, celebrate them, and remind them that they were capable of more than they knew.

And now? They get to BE that person for someone else. 🥹

Every single week, Champion Force coaches walk into communities across the South and have the opportunity to make a difference. Yes, we teach cheerleading, but, what happens inside our classes goes so much deeper than skills, stunts, jumps, and routines.

We’re building confidence.
We’re teaching teamwork.
We’re creating belonging.
We’re showing kids what it means to work hard, get back up, believe in themselves, and support the people beside them. 💜

The little things our coaches do today may become the things an athlete remembers for the rest of their life.

Because somewhere in our program right now, someone is becoming who they are because of YOU. 🫶

To our incredible Champion Force coaches: thank you for showing up. Thank you for pouring into your athletes. Thank you for loving your communities. And thank you for being the coach you once needed. 💜

📣 Fall 2026 registration is STILL OPEN!
We may be heading into Week 3, but there is still time for your athlete to join our Champion Force family! No experience necessary. Just come ready to learn, grow, make friends, and have FUN.
