We are just TWO WEEKS AWAY from our FIRST EVER HALFTIME PERFORMANCE! 🧡✨

This is beyond exciting, and we want YOU to be a part of this excitement with us! 🥹🧡

For those who don’t know, we first met the amazing HardKnox Roller Derby team when we gathered for the St. Patrick’s Day Parade right alongside them. They shared with us that they were celebrating their 20TH ANNIVERSARY and wanted KnoxFlows to be a part of the celebration! 🛼✨

So now, we want to FLOOD THE EXHIBITION CENTER with all of our flowmies, different props, and that famous KnoxFlows love we’re known for! 🧡

We have an AMAZING mix made by shmbls highlighting some of the top hits from the last 20 YEARS, and we cannot wait to see everyone flow together for this monumental moment! 🎶🔥

🌊 August 14-16 Several of us will be heading to Chattanooga for the Chattanooga River Games, the South’s largest free extreme sports and electronic music festival!

🌲 August 21-23 – Secretek
Several of our flowmies will be camping at Secretek, a community-driven weekend of music, camping, and connection featuring an incredible lineup of local electronic artists.

🛼 Hard Knox Roller Derby Halftime Show We’re beyond excited to perform during the 7:30 PM halftime show at the Hard Knox Roller Derby Triple Header on Saturday, August 29!

If you’re participating in the halftime show, please plan to arrive by 6:45 PM.

This week’s flowmie friday is none other than our beautiful and talented friend Taylor.

When she isn’t flowing down the rapids, you’ll catch her with her flowstar or hoop in hand. Taylor pulls inspiration from connecting with others through movement, and you can tell by the way she SHINES when she is in motion!

Taylor discovered just how powerful movement can be when she found her best friend, McCartney, through hooping. What started as a shared passion for flow arts grew into a lasting friendship, proving that movement has a unique way of bringing people together.

Her favorite show so far was seeing Subtronics at Red Rocks in 2023. She stated, “It snowed the whole time and looked like glitter falling from the sky when the lasers were going.” ✨️ (Literally sounds like magic) Her favorite festival is Bonnaroo, “because it’s like a giant birthday party for me. (June 14th) and I get to see my ROOmies (:!”

When asked about her favorite part of KnoxFlows Taylor shared:

“Having so many amazing, inspiring people around you. There’s always something to look forward to, something you can learn, and someone to connect with.”

When asked to describe herself in three words Taylor chose

Home just got a little brighter. 🧡✨

After two months of galavanting across Europe, one of our amazing Knox Flows admins, Sierra, is finally home! Our sweet, creative, beautiful gift from the universe has been so incredibly missed, and we were beyond excited to welcome her back at yesterday’s Louisville Point Park flow meet. 🫶🌍

One of the best parts of Knox Flows is that no matter how long you’ve been away, you always have a family waiting to welcome you home.

Whether it’s your first meet or your hundredth, there’s a place for you here. Every Knox Flows meet is open to everyone, regardless of skill level, prop, race, skin color, gender, orientation, or experience. Just bring yourself, an open mind, and a willingness to have fun.

Come find your flow, make lifelong friends, and discover why this community feels like home. We can’t wait to see you at the next meet. 🧡✨

✨ Flowmie Friday ✨

This week’s Flowmie Friday is our beautiful Tomorrow Samone! 🧡

Tomorrow’s first public flow with us was during the St. Patrick’s Day Parade, and she has been an absolute showstopper ever since, constantly learning new tricks, building creative combos, and inspiring everyone around her.

You’d think she’s been flowing for years, but she actually bought her very first FlowStar on January 17, 2026! Her flow journey started on a beach trip with our founder, Alyssa, where she got to try a FlowStar for the first time. Taking on the challenge of learning something new and expressing herself creatively quickly turned into a true love for the art of flow.

She hasn’t had the chance to attend a festival just yet (but it’s high on her goal list!), and her dream lineup would be packed with Tech House, Techno, Dubstep, Riddim, Trap, and Trance featuring artists like Hippie Sabotage, Subtronics, and Ian Asher. You can count us in for that lineup too! 🎶

When asked about her favorite part of KnoxFlows, Tomorrow shared:

“As a baby to the rave/flow world I have already made some amazing friends and feel so supported by everyone. Whether that’s trying new tricks or a new prop, this group will be cheering me on! 🫶🏾”

When asked to describe herself in five words, she chose:

✨ Unique
✨ Optimistic
✨ Caring
✨ Creative
✨ Ambitious

We honestly couldn’t think of a more perfect description.
