Meet Elizabeth (Liz), a Knox Flowmie always bringing adventurous energy and good vibes! 🌟

Inspired to start flowing by her friend and searching for the desire for a fun, healthy hobby, she launched her flowstar journey on 10/31/25 👻 Her favorite moves are the shoulder roll and the pizza spin 🔄🍕

Her favorite part of the community? 💫 “Everyone is so real and kind.”

You’ll find her flowing to techno, dubstep, and riddim—or even switching it up with some Beatles or Tame Impala 🎶

Goals for the year: consistency, growth, and finding her flow state 🔥

Kicking off spring and stepping into summer the best way we know how ☀️🏊🏽‍♀️ surrounded by great music, amazing food, and even better flows with our favorite people 💫🔥 and somehow… ZERBAS?! 🦓

A huge thank you to Kenz (.movement_313) for opening up their beautiful home to us and creating such a special space for this gathering 🏡🧡 this one was extra meaningful as we got to celebrate some really big moments together 🎉

Shouting the BIGGEST love to our GRADUATE Kenz 🎓💐 we are so proud of you and everything you’ve accomplished!! And double birthday love to two very special humans 🥳 our master DJ Miklos () celebrated with us on Sunday bringing the vibes as always 🎶🔥 and our beautiful admin Katie () celebrates tomorrow 💕🎂 we are so lucky to have you both in this community

We say it a lot, but we mean it every single time… watching this community grow into what it is today is something truly special 🌈🫶🏼 every meet, every connection, every shared moment continues to inspire us more than we can put into words. Say hello to Abby, who joined the Knox Flows community late last fall and has already blossomed into a familiar face in the circle 💫

Abby was inspired to get into flow arts thanks to her friend AG. The pizza spin was her go-to move when she first started 🍕⭐️ Her growth over the past few months has been so fun to watch—and she’s only getting started.

The May schedule is here and it’s shining almost as bright as all of your beautiful faces ☀️ This month is packed with action, love, and of course FLOW 💃🏽🌀✨Let’s take a deeper dive into it together

We’re kicking things off in NATURE 🌿🌞 Channel 865 is closing out the Outlandish AF event at Ijams Visitor Center 📍2915 Island Home Ave.
Bring your LEDs and let’s light up the sky like a swarm of fireflies 🐞🌌We have asked the venue, sadly we cannot have ignited fire flow, but we will still make it glow in our own way ✨

Next up we head to one of our sweet flowmies’ homes for a sunshine filled day with pool hangs, sweet animal friends, and all the best vibes 🦓🏡🏊🏼Since this is a private residence, the address won’t be posted so please DM us to get the details 💌

You may have noticed a new key on the calendar 👀 we’ve added knoxferno meets into the mix. Most of their events begin around dusk unless stated otherwise. 🌅 Locations can shift depending on weather but we’ll always keep you in the loop with updates as soon as we have them 📲🌦️

Our Mother’s Day Lakeshore meet is at home base 📍5908 Lyons View Pike and the Lakeshore Pavilion meet is at the big pavilion in the middle of the park📍6406 S Northshore Drive

There is SO much happening locally this month 🎉 from Thaw Out and Holleroo to Tynan Time Tour with Channel865 in Nashville, back to Gay Street for Open Streets Knoxville, and wrapping it all up with Criso and King Shotta and the beautiful Murals and Music Festival 🎶🎨

Another beautiful meet with our amazing flowmies and wow what a crossover moment with KnoxFlows x Knoxville Acro x knoxferno 💫🔥

This is what it is all about. Community, connection, and a space where everyone can find their flow. There truly is a flow for everyone, from taking on our mega stars Big Poppa and Big Momma ⭐ to trying to tame the dragon 🐉 taking to the sky (shout out Trey for the amazing drone videos) ✈️ or simply flowing your body and vibing out under the sky 🌿💃🏻🕺🏿 we love watching each of you step into your own magic in your own way ✨

We have our May schedule coming your way very soon so keep those eyes peeled 👀📅

Until then we are heading BACK TO LAKESHORE this coming Tuesday April 28th 🌤️ We see that weather forecast and we are keeping an eye on it so we will update you with a rain plan if needed day of ☔️ (We all know how that Knoxville weather can be 🌦️)

One whole year of KnoxFlows; and the love that filled our field was something you could truly feel in every corner 🧡 The smiles, the cheering, the laughter, the FLOW… it was pure magic 🎶🌀💫

When KnoxFlows first started, we were honestly so nervous nobody would show up 🥹 And now look at us… a whole YEAR later surrounded by the most incredible, supportive, expressive, and loving community we could have ever dreamed of 🌎💞

Oh my goodness flowmies, our hearts are overflowing with joy and gratitude from our one year meet on Monday ✨

What we experienced together was something truly special. The love, the energy, the connections, the FLOW… it all reminded us exactly why this community exists in the first place. Every single one of you brought something magical and we are still riding that wave 💫

While we work on getting our recap videos ready for you all, we wanted to remind everyone that we are right back at it again THIS SUNDAY 🔥

Did you miss out on trying Acro last time or wish you gave it a shot? This is your moment!! We are so excited to be teaming back up with Knoxville Acro Jam and knoxferno fire & flow community at our home spot at Lakeshore Park for another day full of movement, learning, and connection 🤸‍♀️

This week we’re shining the spotlight on Justin, a flowmie who brings pure energy, joy, and connection everywhere he flows 🔥

What started as something simple, just a fidget from his fiancé, turned into a full blown passion and lifestyle. Around here, some even know him as our Founding Father, always working behind the scenes to help KnoxFlows grow and thrive
