Our Abide Kids always setting an example.

She’s only 1 year old.
She may not understand every song. She may not know every Bible story. She may not be able to explain worship.
But she knows there is something special about Jesus.

As the church gathered to worship, this little hand went up in praise.
What a beautiful reminder that worship isn't about age, ability, or understanding every detail it's about a heart drawn to Jesus.

Moments like these remind us why we pour into the next generation. Little eyes are watching. Little hearts are learning. And God is already at work.
May we never lose the childlike faith that simply lifts a hand and says, "Jesus, I love You."
"From the mouths of infants and nursing babies, You have prepared praise." – Matthew 21:16

This is the future of the church. This is why we keep pointing people to Jesus. And this is beautiful.

This weekend, we wrapped up our very first VBS at Abide Baptist Church Camp Abide!
It has taken us a few days to rest, reflect, and truly take in just how good God has been.
Throughout the week, we had several children and youth wanting to know more about salvation, and we saw young people make decisions to follow Jesus and rededicate their lives to serving Him. There is no greater victory than seeing lives changed by the Gospel.

One of the biggest surprises was our youth group. We didn't heavily promote a youth class this year, but they showed up and it became our largest class! What an incredible reminder that God is always at work, often in ways we don't expect.

We are beyond thankful for every child, every student, every volunteer, and every family who made Camp Abide possible. Our Abide family truly has the heart of servants, and we are blessed to serve alongside people who love Jesus and love others so well.
As we look back on our first Camp Abide, our hearts are full of gratitude for what God has done and anticipation for what He will continue to do.
God is so good. God is so faithful.

We can't wait for many more summers at Camp Abide!
