Sertomans are dedicated to SERvice TO MAnkind. As the third oldest service organization in the United States, Sertomans are bound together through a common thread of camaraderie and a sense of contributing to something much larger than oneself. Sertoma membership is non-exclusive. Sertomans are not limited by gender, culture, race or faith. In order to provide diverse services to diverse communities, Sertoma is comprised of diverse individuals, including men and women of all ages, from trades people and small business owners to educators and professionals. It's not too late, however, today is the last day to secure your tickets for the Knoxville Downtown Sertoma Club’s 11th Annual Oktoberfest Reverse Raffle! Ticket sales close today, and you do not want to miss out on this incredible night of fun and community impact.

Join us next week on Friday, October 16th, 2026, at Bridgewater Place starting at 5:30 PM for an authentic German celebration.

Here is what your ticket includes:
• The Food: A full, all-you-can-enjoy German buffet featuring Giant Pretzels with Bier Cheese, Bratwurst, Mettwurst, Knockwurst, Goetta, Currywurst, Chicken Schnitzel and Apple Strudel and ice cream for dessert.
• The Drinks & Fun: Outstanding local Oktoberfest Bier poured by Schulz Bräu, lively Oompah music from the Concord Brass Band, fun games, and a silent auction.
• The Grand Prize: A chance to win the $5,000 grand prize!

Can’t make it in person? You can still win big!
You do not need to be present to win the $5,000 Grand Prize or participate in the Silent Auction. When you buy your ticket, simply leave a comment in the message section stating “I cannot attend the event,” and your name will still be entered into the drawing.

Most importantly, every ticket purchased directly supports two foundational organizations providing vital services to Knoxville and East Tennessee:
• The Sertoma Center, serving adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
• The University of Tennessee Audiology & Speech Pathology Department, providing essential hearing and speech services to East Tennesseans.

This month, Sertoma celebrates the vital role audiologists play in helping people hear, communicate, connect, and fully participate in the world around them.

Through the Hearing Aid Project and other mission work, we are proud to support hearing health awareness and to help build communities where everyone has the opportunity to communicate however they so choose.
