🎉🐾 IT’S REVEAL TIME! 🐾🎉 Anna’s dream bedroom makeover is officially COMPLETE & WOW, what a transformation!!!

Over the weekend, our fearless, cat‑loving, color‑adoring 8‑year‑old warrior opened the door to her new dream bedroom and the reaction was EVERYTHING. Gasps. Giggles. The biggest smile we’ve ever seen. Her new space is bursting with bright colors, playful kitty touches everywhere, a cozy bean bag, customized closet, and all the joy she deserves. After everything she’s faced in her fight against Leukemia, our goal was to give her a place that inspires comfort and joy.

Huge cheers for our volunteers who poured their hearts into every brushstroke, every detail, every moment... you made magic happen. ✨🙌🏻

Anna ~ this dream bedroom is your rainbow. Keep shining, brave girl. 🌈💛🎗️

Our Special Spaces Knoxville team is in full swing today, transforming a bedroom into a bright, colorful, cat‑themed haven for sweet Anna, an 8‑year‑old warrior fighting Leukemia. 🎗️

Paint is rolling, décor is going up, and the energy is pure magic. These amazing volunteers are giving everything they’ve got to make her dream bedroom come to life! 🐾🎨

And the best part? We’re just getting started. Stay tuned for Anna’s BIG reveal... it’s going to be unforgettable.

What Jennifer Swain started in Knoxville, TN as a simple mission has grown into something truly remarkable.

We never imagined that Special Spaces would bring over 2000 dream bedrooms to children with cancer across ten chapters. This impact has only been possible thanks to strong leadership, unwavering passion, and countless volunteer days and nights devoted to our mission.

Christopher Swain has helped guide, elevate, create, and lead Special Spaces as Executive Director with heart and vision. His dedication has shaped not only our teams, but also the lives of the children and families we serve.

We are honored to announce that Chris will continue as the Chairman of the National Board for Special Spaces as we begin a professional search for a new full-time National Executive Director. We’re not quite ready to share everything — but we’re close, so stay tuned!

We’re gearing up for an unforgettable weekend — we'll be creating a dream bedroom makeover for 4‑year‑old Maximus — a brave little hero who loves Marvel and Star Wars more than anything in the galaxy. From superhero strength to Jedi courage, this bedroom is going to celebrate everything Maximus loves. We are so excited to make his dreams come true and give him a space filled with hope, imagination, and joy.

Together with Shurtape Technologies, LLC and Special Spaces we are making dreams come true for children fighting cancer by creating dream bedrooms where these young warriors can rest, heal, hope, play, and enjoy being a kid again! 💛🥰
