Your Knoxville Symphony Orchestra is proud to present its annual MLK Celebration Concert on Sunday, Jan. 14th, at the Bijou Theatre.

This year, we are partnering with the BIjou Theatre and Beck Cultural Exchange Center to bring you a celebratory program that highlights six incredible female musicians of the Civil Rights Movement. Rhea Carmon, Evelyn Jack, Kelle Jolly, Young, Knox County Commissioner Dr. Dasha Lundy, and Phyllis Young Nichols join us to bring you works by Florence Price, Valerie Coleman, Nina Simone and more.
