National Wreaths Across America Day
Saturday, December 13, Noon

The Optimist Club of Knoxville will be participating at the Old East Tennessee State Veterans Cemetary, 5901 Lyons View Pike. Wreaths honoring Veterans in Knoxville’s 3 Veteran Cemeteries will be placed following an opening ceremony at Noon on December 13.

Volunteers are welcome and encouraged to honor our Veterans. There is no requirement to sign up, just show up!

Due to limited space, there will be no parking permitted on cemetery grounds. Park in Lakeshore Park, accessible from Lyons View Pike or Northshore Drive, follow signage.

Shuttles provided and will run from 9:00am – 2:00 pm.

Volunteers are encouraged to arrive early to park and ride the shuttle to arrive for the Noon ceremonies.
