K-Town Youth Empowerment Network Where you've been doesn't have to define where you're going. An important tool used at K-Town to benefit youth and families is "Wraparound."

The Wraparound process “wraps” services and supports around the youth and family through a structured team approach that includes professionals as well as “natural supports” such as relatives, friends, or others in the community. In K-Town, trained parents and young adults who have faced similar struggles serve as “Family Support Providers” and “Transition Support Providers” to guide youth and families through the Wraparound process. A K-Town Mental Health Consultant helps to coordinate safety planning, mental health treatment, or behavioral planning, and also provides on-site behavioral support in schools and other systems.
