Smoke-Free Knoxville was formed in 1993 and is comprised of interested community members as well as representatives from over 30 area agencies and hospitals. Our coalition meetings are open to anyone interested in working towards our goal of a to***co free Knoxville. The coalition meets the second Wednesday of each month at 9:00am at the Knox County Health Department.
