Due to recent weather conditions trash pickup this week will be scheduled one day after our normal pick, which will be Friday. The City will pick up any overage outside of the trash bin on that day.

Hey Residents,

We will be having a community yard sale this coming Saturday 08/22 from 8:00 am - 2:00 PM! Everyone is welcome to set up in their own driveways and follow whatever social distancing they feel is appropriate. If there is a lot of interest we will plan for more in the future.

Hello Residents,
I wanted to announce that I have recently been elected as the new acting President of The Village at Bearden HOA. I am looking forward to serving our neighborhood and keeping the best interest of our community and residents in mind. I'd like to encourage residents to contact me directly if they have any concerns or suggestions they would like the HOA to consider. Some of our current items we are addressing are finding a replacement mowing service, as well as a solution to the growing Bamboo issue. If you see me out walking the dog, or working on the neighborhood please don't hesitate to come say hello. I hope to meet all of you in the near future.

Hello Homeowners! I hope all is well during the COVID-19 pandemic. We have issued out letters for HOA dues and have extended the due date to those who need it. A few things we wanted to touch on now that we are in Spring and heading into Summer. A couple of common violations to the HOA bylaws during these times are boats in driveways, lawn maintenance and lot unsightliness. If you have a boat please store away so that it’s not visible. Please do your part in abiding by these and other rules. This helps to save cost by not sending certified notices out to viloators. These and other bylaws can be found in the HOA bylaws packet. Homeowners, we have had a couple of mail boxes knocked over recently and I wanted to bring light to it. Don’t know if the occurrences were accidental or intentional but if anyone has any information please respond to this message or private message the HOA. Thanks!

Decided to update this post and give a couple of dates to best fit your schedules.Would anyone be interested in participating in a neighborhood yard sale on September 7th and 8th or September 21 and 22? If so please let us know by August 28, 2019 by replying with your preferred dates below so we can plan to advertise for the community. Thanks!

HOMEOWNERS!! Our annual HOA neighborhood meeting is scheduled for JULY 15TH, 2018 @ 3:00 PM. Mark your calendars and please make plans to attend. Location TBD, and will be published soon.
