Well Elementary Farm Day may not have happened like it normally does- outside with lots of animals... But that didn't stop us from teaching the 1st and 2nd graders about farm animals and playing some games to review what they learned! Don't worry we still had some animals like chicks, ducklings, a rabbit, and a dog! Students learned about cattle, pigs, goats, sheep, chicks, ducks, and horses while playing tic-tac-toe to pin the tail on the cow. It was a fun day had by all! Thanks to my amazing high school students for doing such a great job with the not so normal farm day!

We are having Elementary Farm Day on Friday, Msy 22, and we are still in need of a bottle calf. Any of our FFA supporters have or know of someone that has a bottle calf we could borrow?

The Knoxville FFA has plants for sale!! The horticulture class has been working hard to plant the following plants. If you are interested in buying any, please let us know and we can arrange for a time for you to come pick them up at the Knoxville High School! We accept cash or check made out to Knoxville FFA. Hello FFA Supporters! We are in desperate need of more items for our silent auction this weekend at our banquet. The funds raised from the silent auction help us out so much on paying for leadership activities for members to participate in throughout the year. Thanks so much!

17 Knoxville FFA members had a great time at State Convention this past Monday and Tuesday! They had the opportunity to listen to inspiring keynote speakers and retired officer addresses, visit with college and business representatives, package meals for those in need, and make memories that last a lifetime!
Highlights:
-Reese Agan competed in Job Interview and received a bronze
-Riley signed her intent to become an agriculture teacher
-Payton and Matthias received their Iowa FFA Degrees
