Our mission is to work with law enforcement to support their efforts to end cruelty and neglect of equine in Tennessee, as well as support law enforcement in Knox County, Tennessee in their rescue efforts of farm animals.

Welcome to Hooves & Feathers, Farm Animal Humane Society!

Hooves & Feathers, Farm Animal Humane Society is a 501c3 nonprofit dedicated to providing shelter, rehabilitation and adoption for abused and neglected farm animals in Tennessee. We were founded to provide support for Tennessee law enforcement in their prosecution of equine abuse and neglect cases, and to support Knox County and Young Williams Animal Center with their intake and care of farm animals. We offer education for all law enforcement, animal welfare professionals and rescue groups that may encounter farm animals in need of help.
