Troop 946 had a good weekend despite threatening weather. We were able to find a window to get out on the river.

Troop 946 is proud of Kelly. She is one of our alumna, founding members, and Eagle Scout!

We are proud of Kelly Johnson, our Council VOA President, who was one of the Summer in the City Interns for Mayor Indya Kincannon and the City of Knoxville - Government

Over the past 8 weeks, she and the other interns contributed to departments across the City while gaining hands-on experience and building professional skills.

Troop had a good day collecting food for our charter org, HVCOC's food pantry, over 650 items. Then we went ice skating.

10/28/2024

Troop 946 had a great time and enjoyed visiting with GSMC Cades Cove District for the fall Camporee. The scouts surprised themselves and had a very strong showing in the day's competitions. The patrol finished in the top 2 in 5 of the 8 events while competing against 12 other patrols. They enjoyed the dancing and skits, and overall had a good weekend of comradery.
