Have you listened to our podcast, Tools for Tough Moments? Our newest episode focuses on boundaries and why they matter in our relationships, workplaces, and everyday lives.

In this clip, Michelle Gatewood, LMFT, Deputy Executive Director of CONTACT Care Line, shares an important reminder: boundaries do not have to be communicated perfectly to be meaningful.

Healthy boundaries are part of healthy communication. They help us name our needs, protect our well-being, and build more honest, sustainable connections with others.

Watch the full episode on YouTube at CONTACT Care Line or listen on Spotify at Tools for Tough Moments.
