The Grateful Life Family Foundation and The Trail of Trees movement hosting our first “ Trail of Trees” Spring Regenerative Festival, April 18th - 22nd on The Lake Waldensia Land Trust in beautiful Ozone, Tennessee. Join us for a weekend or a day of sharing community, holistic, education, participate in rewilding & permaculture and co-create a microcosm of symbiosis.
Explore 372 nearly wild acres with trails and creekside earth connections everywhere.
Share with us, the treasures and history of this ancient and future farm / homestead led by heart-centered leaders, as we bring together humans and the earth in celebration, reference and unity.
The Trail of Trees Movement is focused on planting trees along the Trail of Tears. This is the first annual planting of many along this trail alone, that includes 9 total states, and will reconnect people with the earth tribe in community parks everywhere. First at home and later abroad..
Plans are being made now for concurrent festivals in Africa, Australia, South America and other lands where a more symbiotic approach to development will both enrich us and preserve the land.
Wherever we take this movement, the initiative encourages relationship building that honors Indigenous wisdom and our key role in the symbiosis of mother earth as her human stewards.
This gathering is focused on remembering symbiosis, reciprocity, and the regeneration of our ancient harmonious ways of living!
As we gather family and friends in support of the Trail of Trees Movement and our mission to heal the broken bond between humans and our beautiful blue planet, we prepare for the long journey of unity with a healed planet at the end.
The Trail of Trees Movement begins on April 18, Day One with David Easterling, Jade Arrow, Josiah Everett Sr, and the Dynamic Rhythmz Crew!
Join us for the Level One - Elevation Ceremony and Gratitude Circle around the Sacred fire and 2nd Annual Tree Planting Ceremony at the festival.
The movement continues on, here at Historic Lake Waldensia through Earth Day, with music from Brielle Aguila, Milele Roots and more of Day 1's lineup on Day 2 April 19, with TRAIL OF TREES Movement Tree Planting Ceremony and Sacred Fire Drum Circle and ecstatic dance. Level Two - Elevation Ceremony and Gratitude circle with BRIELLE AGUILA PRAYERFORMANCE and DYNAMIC RYTHMS CREW!
Day 3 is 4/20 and OPEN MIC DAY !!Schedules to be posted day of!! Most of our musicians and artists will stay on through Earth Day and everyone with something to share, say or music to play is invited to share in the celebration on stage!! Manifest musical magic with us, our musicians, artists and guests all play a part in our co-creation of the world we want to be a part of! The fun continues as we grab some brushes, sponges, hands, arms feet or whatever, and some paint to cocreate The Trail of Trees Mural on our bus. Our bus will be the TRAIL OF TREES MOVEMENT flagship and carry supplies and support the tree planting along the Trail of Tears for years to come, as we cover ALL the routes and heal the land where indigenous peoples were subjected to forced relocation.. Level Three - Elevation Ceremony and Gratitude Circle. Cocreate with us and add our combined rythms to the beat!!

OPEN MIC ALL DAY.... Mellow music to promote growth, unity and love! Join in helping create Peace on Earth again as we plant another 400 ft diameter Peace Sign.in Sunflower, Marigold, Calendula and Passion Fruit seeds.
Guided tours all day on The Historic Lake Waldensia Land Trust. Get closer to mother nature and connect through a land with a history older than time.....
Symbiosis is our ultimate destination here and takes us to to Level Four - Elevation Ceremony as we join ands in the 400 FT Peace Sign We planted earlier Gratitude Circle and Sacred Fire with DYNAMIC RYTHMZ CREW!
Day 5 April 22 Earth Day....
Sunrise Tree Planting Ceremony and drum circle. The first tree planting in the footsteps of indigenous people forced from their homes. Our journey will reconnect the pieces of a broken relationship between Earth and Earthlings, raising awareness of our part in the symbiosis of all things. All who wish to take these historic first steps or share in the support of the Trail of Trees Movement will want to get here early!!
We begin here and walk 4 miles to the Renegade Mountain Indian Mounds.
Returning to our home at Lake Waldensia, we symbolically close the deep chasm created in our relationships with the earth and other humans in the past, while moving bravely and honorably into a future of compassionate action between humans and our beautiful blue planet.....Closing Ceremony with DYNAMIC RYTHMZ CREW and Friends
