POME blossomed from the intentions to establish a healthy reciprocating relationship within our community. Our goal for POME is to relocate to a brick & mortar community space/lounge. Also HUGE shout out to Scott & Bernadette West for allowing us to occupy this amazing historical space! Growing up with this venue & now being allowed to host its first event under new ownership was a dream! AND To be able to do it by the side of our loved ones makes it even sweeter!
Thank you endlessly to JayJ & Carolina of Knoxturnal Entertainment for helping out with the sick stage set up! Can’t wait to see wait we bring to our people in the future 💛

Welcome ! Scott is an educator & former wilderness guide that woke up one day & decided that carving mountains into wood using a CNC machine was the right thing to do.Now based in Knoxville, TN, Scott is now looking to provide folks with a small slice of concentrated nature. We can’t all spend weeks in the backcountry but we can all hold a wood carving & gaze at the Smoky Mountains or the almost unfathomable Grand Canyon. Scott’s carvings are an attempt to concentrate nature, to create small but powerful reminders of our connection to the natural world.

Carolina of Toxic Nature Shop is an oddities curator with the mission to spread awareness of the toxicity of fast fashion & waste. This pop-up upcycles clothing & repurposes objects from our day to day life & from nature that would otherwise be discarded. They use ethically sourced bones, dried plants, insects & rocks to build artistic expressions for like minded individuals.
