It’s crazy to think how some people ask, “Why would I FEAR God?”, not understanding the real meaning of this reverential fear. (Ironically, those same people love to celebrate spooky season and entertain demons 🙄)

Bottom line, it is WISE to fear God. It is actually the PREREQUISITE for all wisdom. What does that mean? We’ll discuss it further in the next post…..

👀 Did you know that you can’t even enter into God’s presence without giving thanks? So many people, especially the younger generation, simply don’t know how to pray!

The best thing you can do this Thanksgiving to show your thanks to God is learn how to pray, correctly. Stop approaching God like He’s an ATM machine and start coming to your Heavenly Father correctly, with Thanksgiving 🙏🏽🥰

Why is self-control so important? And why are so many lacking it in this generation? Do you think self-control is important to God? Well, IT IS!!!

In fact, 2 Timothy tell us that “God did not give us a spirit of timidity or cowardice or fear, but [He has given us a spirit] of power and of love and of sound judgment and personal discipline [abilities that result in a calm, well-balanced mind and self-control].”

HOW DO YOU MEDITATE?

Are you practicing yoga? Using sound bowls? Have you adopted breathing exercises? What if I told you….all of that is TRASH 🗑️ 👎🏽

Let’s talk about MEDITATION…..

Did you know that the Hebrew definition for “meditate” means to talk, to speak, to utter, to imagine, and to ROAR!!!

Did you know that there is a difference between meditating on the Word of God (which God tells us to do in Psalms 1:2), vs the way that the world meditates (yoga, sound bows, and other religious practices)?
