Knoxville Turkish Cultural Center (KTCC), a unit of Society of Universal Dialogue (SUD) Inc., is a 501(c)3 public charity, nonprofit organization that was founded in 2006 in Nashville-Tennessee. SUD endeavors to promote respect and mutual understanding through partnerships with other religious and inter

cultural organizations and through creating platforms where communities can get together, share and exchange various perspectives in an environment of mutual understanding, appreciation and friendship. SUD invite and encourage sharing of various perspectives, partner with other religious and intercultural organizations to facilitate and progress dialogue and ultimately to promote love, compassion, cooperation, respect and mutual understanding among peoples of diverse faiths and cultures. SUD does not accept any favors nor does it promote any political or government agency. SUD has made a commitment to preserve its stance for love, compassion, respect and universal values of freedom with regard to the free expression of spirituality throughout communities. Through its commitment to education, Knoxville Turkish Cultural Center provides learning opportunities for K-12 students on a variety of subjects, such as language, science and art classes during school periods as well as in the summertime through summer schools and camps. For example, we host SAT, ACT prepatory classes at our cultural center. OUR VISION
We want to live in a peaceful world where non-violence, respect, understanding, friendship, cooperation and love prevail. OUR MISSION STATEMENT
We achieve our Vision through:

* Proactively contributing to solving educational, cultural, environmental, social and humanitarian issues;

* Contributing to world peace by showcasing the Turkish experience of the "Art of Living Together" via respect, acceptance, dialogue, love, richness of faith and culture over centuries of time;

* Becoming the premiere representative organization of the Turkish culture by disseminating knowledge of the language, history, culture, education and social life of Turkiye inKnoxville;

* Creating opportunities for dialogue between communities and individuals to build bridges between cultures; and

* Providing assistance to Turkish people in order to help them integrate into the local society.

On October 6th, Sunday, at 1pm the Knoxville Turkish Cultural Center will have its third annual "Share the Wish" Fund-Raiser by offering Turkish food delicacies, baked-goods and craft for the Knoxville Public Safety Foundation.

On October 6th, Sunday, at 1pm the Knoxville Turkish Cultural Center will have its third annual "Share the Wish" Fund-Raiser by offering Turkish food delicaties, baked-goods and craft for the Knoxville Public Safety Foundation. Door prizes, unique gift items such as Turkish handcrafts, entertainment, live music performance, and delicious authentic Turkish food will be offered.

The "Share the Wish" fund-raising event will be held in the parking lot of the cultural center at 7035 Middlebrook Pike. Admission is FREE.

The net profit of this fund-raising event will be donated to Knoxville Public Safety Foundation http://www.publicsafetyfoundation.org.

We look forward to see you, your friends, and members of your community at this family event.
