Eating the right food is essential to having a healthy lifestyle! Unfortunately, many people struggling with food insecurity have limited access to nutritious food. Food banks and pantries partner with their communities to make sure everyone is able to have the food necessary for a healthy diet.

September is Hunger Awareness Month and donating to your local food pantry is a great way to be a change in your community!According to Feeding America, 53 million people recieved help from food pantries and food banks in 2021. WKFP and FISH Hospitality Pantries provide groceries to over 7,000 families in the Knoxville area each month. Our simple actions make a difference in the lives of others, especially those who need our help.
